This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies solely to the purchase of cups (“Product”) made through our Platform. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refund / No Return Policy:All sales of cups are final. Due to the nature of our product and limited stock availability, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged or defective product.
No Order Cancellation:Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products:If you receive a damaged or defective cup, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. After verification, a replacement will be issued **only if the product is confirmed damaged**. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Claims raised after 2 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for replacement. To process a damaged-product claim, you must provide clear photos and videos of: (i) the damaged area, (ii) the packaging, (iii) the shipping label.
Products that are not damaged or not defective are strictly **not eligible** for return, replacement, cancellation, or refund.
